Previously Sartain Chiropractic, Empowered Health & Chiropractic is located on West Main Street in Lebanon, Tennessee.
Dr. Cripps opened her first office, Carthage Family Chiropractic, in Carthage, Tennessee in 2014. After 9 years, it was time to expand the practice to Lebanon and she bought Empowered Health & Chiropractic in 2023.
